  • Overview

    This position is responsible for CIS Secure inside sales team.  

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Manage the inside sales representatives team; set and track sales targets for the team. Build an open-communication environment for the team.
    • Design effective sales practices, mentors junior level and new employees providing basic sales training and guidance; ensures team is responsive and knowledgeable of CIS products and services.
    • Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Liaise with Senior Sales Staff, Engineering, QA, Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration or other relevant education. A combination of education and relevant experience is also acceptable
    • 7-10 years of combined sales operations, sales management, project management and financial understanding
    • 2-5 years of experience with major technology OEM’s and channel partners
    • Eight (8) years proven inside sales experience with 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience
